Beta agreement summary
Experimental status. MyAI beta features may fail, change, lose data, produce incorrect output, or become unavailable without notice.
User responsibility. Tester remains responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content, files, deploy packets, code, business decisions and third-party actions before use.
No warranties. MyAI is provided “as is” during beta, without guarantees of fitness, uptime, accuracy, security or legal/commercial outcome.
Liability limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyAI and its operators are not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages from beta use.
No secrets. Tester must not upload API keys, passwords, private credentials, payment data or confidential third-party data unless a secure private channel has been explicitly approved.
Logging. Account, agreement acceptance, actions and technical events may be logged for safety, debugging and continuity.
